I have a 95 landcruiser in which I rebuilt the head due to oil consumption problems. I then had to replace all the fuel injectors because it ran so rough. Then I had to replace the rear catalytic converter because of a check engine light. Now it runs great unless I go faster than 65 mph for 4 or 5 miles. Then it will not idle nicely, runs about 400 rpm and very rough. It seems to have an engine miss. It continues to run rough at slower speeds but it is still present at about 1800 rpm. It does seem to pull well and I can't tell that there is a problem at cruising speed. There are no codes tripped and the check engine light has not come one. Additionally if you turn off the car and start it up immeaditely the problem is still present, but if you wait 5 to 10 minutes, the problem is gone.
